L1 SOC Analyst – Entry Level (Career Changer Welcome)

About the role

Join DOCYBER's Security Operations Center as an L1 SOC Analyst. This entry‑level position welcomes career changers and provides hands‑on experience monitoring security events across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SIEM dashboards, security alerts, logs, and event data in real time.
• Perform initial triage and analysis of security incidents.
• Escalate threats or suspicious activities to L2/L3 SOC analysts according to SOPs.
• Document incidents, findings, and response actions accurately.
• Conduct basic investigations such as log correlation and event validation.
• Support incident response activities under guidance.
• Track and follow up on open incidents until closure.
• Assist in maintaining SOC documentation, SOPs, and incident records.
• Participate in shift handover briefings to ensure continuity.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate; career changers are welcome.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (day & night).
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and document findings accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward incident handling.

Required skills

• Experience with SIEM platforms for real‑time monitoring.
