Lead, People Experience – Global Financial Institution

About the role

This senior HR operations role is based in Singapore and will lead a regional team for a global financial institution. The position sits at the intersection of people operations, HR business partnering and transformation, driving service delivery excellence across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a regional team and oversee end‑to‑end employee lifecycle delivery across APAC, ensuring operational excellence, governance and a consistent employee experience.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to execute workforce administration, employee relations support, talent and performance processes, learning initiatives, reporting and workforce analytics.
• Drive regional transformation programmes and establish service‑delivery standards.
• Leverage data, analytics and KPIs to inform decision‑making and improve service quality.

Required profile

• HR leader with experience in People Operations, HR shared services, HR generalist or HRBP enablement within a regional or global organisation.
• Proven track record of leading teams while remaining hands‑on in delivery.
• Successful experience driving transformation, process improvement or technology‑enabled change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employee‑lifecycle processes across APAC.
• Comfortable using data, analytics and KPIs to guide decisions.
