Legal Admin Executive – Up to $4000 – Toa Payoh

About the role

The Legal Admin Executive will support the conveyancing team by preparing and filing legal documents, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transaction completion. This full‑time, onsite role is based in Toa Payoh, Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file legal documents for conveyancing cases.
• Liaise with agents, brokers, clients, banks and other parties for verification and clarification.
• Provide administrative support to request and retrieve necessary documents.
• Schedule client appointments for signing legal documents and monitor related deadlines.
• Draft bank letters and serve notices to progress the legal process.

Required profile

• Meticulous, well‑organised with strong time‑management abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Diploma graduate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing legal and conveyancing documentation.
• Effective communication for liaising with external parties.
• Administrative and document‑management competence.
