Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts (Part-time)

About the role

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts to support our Fortune 500 clients. The role involves providing expert legal advice on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on commercial matters, covering contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements such as vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify legal risks in commercial transactions.

Required profile

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, IP licensing agreements, software agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and NDAs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
