About the role
Axiom is seeking Vietnamese‑speaking Legal Consultants to support Fortune 500 clients from its Singapore hub. The role offers the chance to work on high‑impact commercial matters in a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with legal and business teams of F500 clients to deliver commercially‑focused advice.
- Provide practical legal guidance on transactional matters aligned with business objectives.
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements across multiple business lines.
- Maintain documentation in line with the latest regulatory requirements.
- Advise business clients directly and support corporate policy development as needed.
Required profile
- Native or near‑native fluency in Vietnamese and strong written English.
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
