Legal & Corporate Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Legal & Corporate Operations Specialist to support the Head of Legal. The role sits at the intersection of legal, corporate governance, commercial and operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of contracts, governance matters and cross‑functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and manage agreements, policies, board resolutions and corporate documents.
• Coordinate contract execution, maintain contract lifecycle registers and legal precedents.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and liaise with external counsel and service providers.
• Handle company incorporations, restructurings, board and shareholder resolutions, and maintain statutory registers.
• Track governance and compliance obligations across jurisdictions.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives, product launches, strategic partnerships and vendor onboarding.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements and confidential filing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Operations or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in legal operations, corporate administration, contract administration or project coordination.
• Excellent organisational, project‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams and handle confidential information with discretion.
