Legal Counsel – Commercial & Corporate (3-6 Years PQE)

About the role

A well‑established multinational technology and manufacturing group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in‑house legal team. The role offers exposure to commercial contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply, services and confidentiality agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual, operational and regulatory matters.
• Support corporate governance, statutory compliance and corporate secretarial matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with administration and protection of the group’s intellectual property portfolio.
• Support internal reviews, compliance initiatives, policies and training.
• Improve legal processes, templates and contract‑management practices.

Required profile

• 3 to 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Qualified lawyer from a recognised jurisdiction.
• Prior law firm training advantageous.
• Strong commercial drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Practical, organised and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders across functions.
