About the role

This role provides legal support to business teams that partner with companies active in key areas of Singapore's economic development, such as real estate, property management and infrastructure. It also covers the legal needs of the corporate services, development and engineering services groups, with a focus on corporate real estate transactions and issues.

Key responsibilities

Advise and support business teams on their engagements with companies providing real estate, property management and infrastructure solutions
Handle the legal needs of the corporate services, development and engineering services groups
Focus on corporate real estate transactions and issues, with other responsibilities as assigned

Required profile

Law degree and admission to the Singapore Bar (or equivalent)
4 years of post-qualification experience
Experience in corporate real estate, leasing, facility/estate management, procurement and/or commercial matters; an interest in the economic and business challenges facing Singapore is an advantage
Dispute resolution experience is advantageous
