Lighting Technician / Engineer – Live Event Industry

About the role

CT Audio Visual Singapore is looking for enthusiastic Lighting Technicians and Engineers to support on‑site event productions and in‑house equipment logistics. Whether you are starting your career or bringing years of hands‑on experience, you will join a dynamic team delivering high‑profile live events across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and dismantle lighting systems, riggings and related equipment for events.
• Provide real‑time technical support and troubleshoot issues during live shows.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment safely to and from venues.
• Prepare and maintain technical gear in the warehouse, conduct QC, routine maintenance and functional testing.
• Label, organize, and document equipment, reporting any faults to management.
• Assist with inbound/outbound shipments, sub‑rented items and create shipping manifests.

Required profile

• Team player with a proactive attitude, willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift and handle technical equipment.
• Entry‑level candidates should have basic knowledge of lighting systems and a willingness to learn.
• Experienced candidates should have strong technical knowledge of lighting workflows and proven maintenance experience.
