About the role
This short‑term locum pharmacist position supports an East/Northeast polyclinic for 3 to 5.5 days, offering a competitive rate of $50 per hour. The role is ideal for a qualified pharmacist seeking flexible, on‑site work.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medications accurately.
- Advise patients on proper medication use and potential side effects.
- Verify and review prescription orders for correctness.
- Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance overall patient care.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification.
- Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
