About the role
This part‑time locum pharmacist position supports outpatient services during office hours across central Singapore. You will work closely with physicians and patients to ensure safe and effective medication management.
Key responsibilities
- Review and verify transfer medications, contacting patients beforehand to arrange supplies.
- Provide medication counselling both in‑person and virtually.
- Conduct medication reconciliation and review discharge prescriptions.
- Verify new physician orders and identify inappropriate doses.
- Assist with medication supply duties and follow up on preparation status.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior staff.
Required profile
- Minimum degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid AHPC registration.
- At least 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging SGD 4,000‑6,000.
- Hourly rate of $30 for additional work.
