Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will oversee all warehouse operations to ensure smooth receipt, inspection, storage, picking, issuance and transportation of equipment and materials. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and guaranteeing timely delivery to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, inspection, put‑away, picking, issuance and transport.
• Resolve discrepancies identified on delivered equipment and materials.
• Maintain and distribute records, forms and reports related to storage, movement and control of assets.
• Ensure correct materials are delivered on time to the right end‑user.
• Monitor stock levels daily, prevent stock‑outs and trigger re‑orders when needed.
• Carry out preservation activities on equipment packages and manage scrap tenders.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Strong planning, organising, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• SAP (preferred)
