Logistics Operator

About the role

The Logistics Operator will manage the flow of goods through our Singapore transit warehouse, ensuring smooth coordination with our Hong Kong facility and end‑customer destinations. This on‑site role requires close interaction with international freight partners and internal teams to maintain accurate and timely shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving and shipping operations at the Singapore transit warehouse.
• Manage the movement of goods between Singapore, Hong Kong, and final customers.
• Liaise with international freight forwarders, air/sea carriers, and courier companies.
• Verify and handle documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Track cargo status, flag any abnormalities, and report promptly to the Shenzhen team.
• Assist in negotiating local service contracts for courier, transportation, and insurance services.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in logistics, preferably handling electronic components.
• Familiarity with logistics management business processes.
• Meticulous, patient, and rigorous work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent team spirit, communication, and coordination abilities.
