Logistics Services Specialist – 12‑Month Contract

About the role
The Logistics Services Specialist will support Apple’s Pacific Logistics team in ensuring smooth operations across the region. You will manage undelivered shipments, collaborate with internal and external partners, and use data‑driven insights to improve daily delivery performance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the customer fulfillment experience by tracking key metrics and resolving shipping exceptions.
- Coordinate with inbound, outbound, distribution centre, contact centre, reseller operations, retail fulfillment and 3PL partners.
- Review partner performance and customer behaviour to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Build dashboards and reports in partnership with the Business Process Re‑engineering team.
- Support peak periods and adapt to shifting operational needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or customer service.
- Relevant degree.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and guide decisions.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with analytics or BI tools such as Tableau or GBI.
- Familiarity with SAP or Apple internal databases (preferred).
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and logistics partners.
