About the role

The Logistics Specialist – Secured Logistics ensures safe and efficient warehouse operations, handling the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a secured environment. The role supports asset management, transaction documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while working on a rotating shift schedule. The specialist also ensures compliance with data governance and environmental standards, contributing to a culture of accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse operations in line with standard procedures and safety guidelines.
• Handle deliveries, secure goods, and manage asset tracking.
• Prepare and maintain transaction documentation for all movements.
• Identify and support improvement opportunities within warehouse processes.
• Report warehousing issues promptly and collaborate on technology projects.
• Participate in a value‑based culture and uphold organisational governance, compliance, and data protection processes.
• Apply environmental protection procedures and conduct Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities.

Required profile

• Minimum ‘N’ Level tertiary education.
• 1‑2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and be medically fit for deployment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
