Logistics & Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Specialist to support day‑to‑day warehouse operations for a leading US multinational in the industrial equipment sector. The role is based in West Singapore and involves managing warehouse management systems, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and handling shipping documentation across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Support D2D warehouse operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Manage and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment activities.
• Liaise with freight forwarding partners, negotiate rates and service terms.
• Prepare and arrange shipping documentation for shipments throughout SEA.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of logistics and warehouse operations experience, preferably in the industrial machinery/equipment sector.
• Strong communication skills to interact with external stakeholders and internal colleagues at all levels.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
