Maintenance Engineer – Equipment Installation & Reliability

About the role

As a Maintenance Engineer you will ensure that semiconductor and wafer‑handling equipment is installed, maintained and continuously improved to meet safety, quality and reliability standards in our clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and follow up on new equipment installations and transfers, ensuring compliance with safety, schedule, quality and ecological specifications.
• Perform corrective maintenance to keep equipment operating within specifications and expected reliability.
• Act as Tool Owner, supervising designated tasks and guaranteeing they meet documented standards.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance and calibration programmes, adhering to documented procedures and timelines.
• Drive equipment improvement and reliability programmes, measuring results and recommending actions.
• Identify and execute cost‑reduction initiatives for maintenance activities.
• Liaise with equipment vendors and third‑party suppliers to procure parts and support services.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with relevant experience.
• Experience in semiconductor or wafer‑fab clean‑room equipment is an advantage.
• Experience with wafer‑handling equipment is preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and good communication skills.

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 3,300 to SGD 6,600 per month.
