Manager, Data & Analytics (Logistics)

About the role

As the Manager, Data & Analytics (Logistics) you will lead a high‑performing analytics team that delivers deep insights into logistics operations, fleet performance and delivery efficiency. You will partner closely with Logistics, Service Operations and other analytics groups to embed data‑driven decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of analysts, providing hands‑on coaching to solve complex logistics problems.
• Translate logistics business priorities into high‑impact analytical initiatives and shape the analytics roadmap.
• Design composite performance metrics and collaborate with Analytics Engineering and AI COE to build scalable, self‑serve AI data products.
• Apply operations research, causal impact quantification and advanced decision‑science methods to drive efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Own end‑to‑end logistics analytics projects, turning KPIs and trends into executive‑ready narratives and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated impact in logistics, supply‑chain or operations analytics, delivering measurable cost and efficiency improvements.
• Strong problem‑solving ability in ambiguous environments and excellent communication skills for senior leadership.
