Manager – Loss Adjusting Services

About the role

Join Sedgwick as a Manager for Loss Adjusting Services, reporting directly to the CEO in Singapore. You will lead a team of adjusters, develop technical support strategy, and drive business growth while representing Sedgwick’s vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a claims load, ensuring high‑quality professional work throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough investigations, determine coverage, and negotiate settlements in line with client contracts.
• Prepare detailed reports of findings and communicate with insureds, carriers, brokers, and witnesses.
• Provide technical advice to team members and support business development and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with operational, health & safety, and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (ACLA, CILA, CIP, ANZIIF).
• Minimum three years of leadership or managerial experience in the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims handling, and settlement negotiation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
