Manager, Marketing Strategy & Performance

About the role

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Marketing Strategy & Performance, you will shape the strategies that drive customer growth and optimise marketing investment across 16 markets in APAC, Europe and Turkey. You will connect with millions of customers and help position Delivery Hero as a global market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Marketing Leadership: Partner with senior leadership and marketing teams to maximise potential, monitor performance and identify gaps for immediate gains and long‑term value creation.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted thought partner to local and regional leaders, collaborating with data and marketing teams to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
• Actionable Insights: Generate high‑impact strategic insights that give cross‑functional partners clear, actionable paths toward growth.
• ROI‑Driven Budgeting: Oversee marketing budgets and allocation processes through an ROI lens, prioritising investment in scalable and sustainable initiatives.
• Executive Performance Management: Develop and deliver crisp performance reports for C‑level audiences to enable data‑driven decision‑making and OKR tracking.
• Special Projects: Lead high‑priority marketing and growth initiatives and cross‑functional projects involving multiple senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, FMCG, investment banking or a high‑growth tech environment.
• Analytical rigor with exceptional problem‑solving skills, mastery of Excel and proficiency in SQL to turn raw data into impactful decisions.
• Strategic clarity with a proven ability to develop actionable strategies in complex environments.
• Growth track record demonstrating success in managing or advising on growth strategies within fast‑paced industries.
• Stakeholder influence with exceptional communication skills to craft narratives that build trust with C‑level executives and international teams.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic mindset ready to roll up sleeves and deliver results.
