Manager, NBS Global Leaders Programme

About the role

Nanyang Business School (NBS), part of NTU, offers the NBS Global Leaders (NGL) programme, a signature scholars programme for its undergraduate applicants. The Manager reports to the Assistant Director of the NGL programme and has a dotted line to the Assistant Director of UPO Marketing, Outreach and Admissions. Working with the Marketing, Outreach and Admissions pillar, the role covers the full recruitment process, from marketing to outreach and admissions, and oversees one NGL staff member handling UPO-related activities such as enrolment, curriculum planning and overseas exchange.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and drive the execution of the marketing plan for the NGL programme
• Analyse market trends, candidate insights, programme trends and competitor analysis to shape programme strategy
• Spearhead social media marketing to engage potential applicants, current undergraduate students and stakeholders
• Organise and run information sessions, webinars and experience days locally and internationally as needed
• Plan and execute admissions processes for NGL applicants
• Support student management and curriculum matters and other tasks assigned by the Assistant Director

Required profile

• Degree in any field; business or marketing preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Creative and innovative approach to developing engaging, targeted campaigns
• Analytical thinker able to interpret campaign data to drive decisions
• Ability to work after office hours and on weekends for outreach and marketing events
