About the role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and elevate the team’s performance. You will combine strategic stakeholder management with hands‑on sourcing to attract top talent for a fast‑growing organization.
Key responsibilities
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of hiring, from intake and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, providing market insights, salary benchmarking and workforce planning.
- Lead proactive sourcing initiatives, leveraging advanced techniques and digital platforms to build pipelines for niche and critical roles.
- Identify and implement process improvements, mentoring junior recruiters and sharing best practices.
- Shape and promote the Employer Value Proposition through recruitment campaigns, career fairs and digital initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and candidate experience to drive data‑based decisions.
Required profile
- A degree in any discipline.
- 8–12 years of talent acquisition experience, including high‑volume and senior‑level hiring.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore’s talent market.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and balance strategy with execution.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a problem‑solving mindset.
