Manufacturing Test Technician – Night Shift

About the role

You will work hands‑on in a clean‑room environment building, repairing and testing multimillion‑dollar display and wafer‑fabrication equipment. The role focuses on electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies that power the chips and displays used worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Use work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams and parts lists to build, repair and test electrical, electro‑mechanical, vacuum and pneumatic assemblies.
• Perform electro‑mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repairs under moderate supervision.
• Receive parts, audit inventory, inspect for defects and suggest process improvements.
• Operate test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps to verify assembly performance.
• Complete required documentation, enter data on progress, labor and expenses, and install software or perform basic programming when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in semiconductor or display manufacturing, or comparable technical background.
• Ability to work in a clean‑room environment and follow detailed work instructions.

Required skills

• Electro‑mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
• Operation of test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors and vacuum pumps.
• Reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Basic computer programming and software installation for equipment.
