Marketing Executive (IT & AI)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive who will combine marketing expertise with a strong focus on IT and AI-driven initiatives. The role bridges website and e‑commerce management, digital automation, and IT coordination to boost our online presence and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accurate content and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across e‑commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Support the rollout and optimisation of AI and automation tools such as Microsoft Co‑pilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, and CRM automation.
• Create user guides, training materials, and conduct onboarding sessions for digital tools.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal users and external IT vendors for hardware, software, and digital applications.
• Coordinate IT asset management, software licences, and equipment procurement.
• Source vendor quotations, monitor service performance, and assist with contract administration.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive digital transformation projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, Operations Management or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, digital marketing, website administration, e‑commerce, or IT coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple digital projects and work cross‑functionally.
