Marketing Executive – Retailtainment & Projects at Changi Airport

About the role

Join the Landside Concessions Division at Changi Airport and help shape retail and food‑and‑beverage experiences for millions of visitors. As a Marketing Executive (Retailtainment & Projects) you will support the planning, execution and reporting of campaigns, events and promotional activities that drive footfall and sales in the airport’s public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination and rollout of marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
• Manage event logistics, including deliveries, setup, premium fulfilment and vendor coordination.
• Liaise with tenants, airport partners, vendors and agencies on publicity requests, promotional redemptions and feedback.
• Support content creation, digital marketing initiatives and website updates.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare post‑campaign reports and conduct on‑site observations.
• Provide administrative support for projects aimed at improving sales productivity and customer service standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Events Management or a related field.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with strong organisational abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Changi Airport and occasional weekends during event periods.
