Marketing Executive – Social Media & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to drive our social media presence and generate new business leads. You will work closely with the sales and creative teams to create engaging content and support our growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create and publish social media content such as posts, reels, videos, project showcases and promotional materials.
• Photograph and film ongoing projects, products and behind‑the‑scenes production.
• Write engaging captions, website copy, marketing materials and promotional text.
• Maintain and improve Additive Inn’s social media presence and brand image.
• Develop lead‑generation campaigns and research potential customers and industries.
• Support outreach via email, social media and other channels.
• Track marketing leads and collaborate with the sales team on follow‑up.
• Update website content, project portfolios and service pages.
• Support SEO and content‑marketing initiatives.
• Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities to boost online visibility and conversion.

Required profile

• Junior level – eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
