Marketing Lead – Consumer Products

About the role

Our client, a leading player in the Health & Wellness sector, is looking for a Marketing Lead to drive the growth of its consumer products portfolio. Based in Singapore’s central business district, you will shape and execute integrated marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and accelerate customer acquisition across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans covering retail, e‑commerce, corporate partnerships and new distribution channels.
• Manage digital storefronts and marketplace listings to optimise performance and sales.
• Lead product launches, influencer collaborations, campaigns and content initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, campaign results and sales data to refine commercial outcomes.
• Oversee marketing budgets, KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent brand positioning.
• Identify new market opportunities and support expansion projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in brand or product marketing within consumer products.
• Proven success growing brands through retail and e‑commerce channels.
• Hands‑on experience managing online marketplaces or e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience handling marketing budgets and business KPIs.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns and working with agencies, influencers or partners.
