Marketing Manager – GrabFood Singapore

About the role

GrabFood Singapore is looking for a Marketing Manager to own the strategy and go‑to‑market plans for its food delivery and omni‑commerce businesses. Reporting to the Marketing Head of Deliveries, you will shape the roadmap, allocate investments and lead a squad of marketers to drive usage, engagement and brand preference.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into marketing strategies and detailed go‑to‑market plans.
• Develop creative briefs, identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives from concept through execution.
• Drive the evolution of Grab’s food authority platform, creating programmes and campaigns that help consumers decide what to eat and give merchants visibility.
• Partner with department leaders and account managers to solve commercial challenges and generate immediate and sustained growth.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across Product, Marketplace, PR, Creative and Operations to deliver cohesive initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team of marketers in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn data‑driven insights into actionable campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple functions and external partners.
