Marketing & Social Media Executive – Café & Restaurant Brand

About the role

Join Monk’s Brew Club and its affiliated cafés and restaurants as a Marketing & Social Media Executive. You will support daily marketing activities, create engaging social‑media content, cover events, and help tell the brand’s story across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts and schedule weekly content aligned with promotions and events.
• Capture photos and videos of food, drinks, spaces, and events; produce reels, short videos, stories and simple graphics.
• Attend on‑site events to document key moments, guest interactions and highlights.
• Update basic website information such as menus, events and promotions.
• Support email campaigns, promotional materials and influencer outreach.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related field.
• Passionate about social media, content creation, food, coffee and lifestyle brands.
• Comfortable taking photos/video and appearing on camera occasionally.
• Creative, proactive, organized and eager to learn.
• Available to work on‑site during busy periods and events.

Required skills

• Basic photo and video editing using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn platforms.
