Material Handler

About the role

The Material Handler will coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe and efficient handling of inventory and shipments. This role supports the fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s inventory management system and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of orders, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Implement quality control checks on stock items, including SKU verification, colour, size, quantity and defect inspection.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, complete mandatory safety training and follow 5S principles.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as packing lists and bills of lading in line with local regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement, customer service and other internal teams to support order processing and replenishment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation or distribution.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment and follow safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory verification and documentation.
