About the role
The M&E Coordinator will oversee all mechanical and electrical works across projects island‑wide in Singapore. This role ensures timely completion, compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements, and alignment with project timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise M&E works, liaising with consultants and other trades to resolve issues.
- Manage project documentation such as progress reports, submittals, and quality checklists.
- Conduct site coordination meetings and provide detailed coordination with subcontractors.
- Prepare quotations, quantity take‑offs, and review M&E plans for tendering.
- Produce shop drawings, run bills, and submit job cost reports to clients.
- Track design changes, adjust budget projections, and assist with commercial forecasts.
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask and handle short‑notice commencement.
