M&E Manager – Building Services (Civil Infrastructure)

About the role

The client, a well‑established construction, property development and specialist engineering solutions provider, is seeking an experienced M&E Manager (Building Services) to lead the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of building services systems on civil infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate building services activities on‑site among contractors and consultants.
• Lead and chair building services coordination meetings, ensuring clear communication with owners and project teams.
• Review and approve sub‑contractor submissions, monitor their on‑site progress and quality.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for building services.
• Advise the Project Manager on cost and schedule impacts of design changes.
• Identify discrepancies in tender specifications and drawings and raise them promptly.
• Support the Tender Department by defining building services scope and evaluating bids.

Required profile

• Degree holder with 5‑10 years of M&E experience in construction.
• Proven ability to manage building services coordination on large‑scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of tender processes, specifications and cost control.

Required skills

• Experience in managing M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works.
• Knowledge of building services systems and coordination procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret tender drawings and specifications.
