Medical Affairs & Responsible Person (TPIL) Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Singapore‑registered pharmacist to lead Medical Affairs activities in Singapore while also serving as the Responsible Person (RP) for our Therapeutic Products Import Licence (TPIL). The role combines scientific engagement with HSA regulatory compliance and Good Distribution Practice oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Singapore, building relationships with HCPs and KOLs and providing scientific support for company products.
• Respond to medical enquiries, review medical and promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Regulatory, Supply Chain and other functions to align business objectives with medical and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the designated RP under the TPIL, handling all HSA communications, licence renewals, variations and audit responses.
• Ensure GDP compliance throughout import, storage and distribution, maintaining product quality, traceability and integrity.
• Develop, implement and maintain SOPs, quality systems and compliance documentation in line with HSA and GDP requirements.
• Lead internal quality audits, manage deviations, CAPA, product complaints and recalls, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Life Sciences or related field.
• Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council, eligible to act as RP under a TPIL.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore pharmaceutical regulations and Good Distribution Practice.
• Proven experience in medical affairs, scientific communication and regulatory compliance.
