About the role
We are looking for a Medical/Clinic Assistant to support doctors in an aesthetic clinic, ensuring smooth treatment processes and patient care. The role involves preparing treatment rooms, assisting patients, and handling administrative duties in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the doctor during aesthetic treatments and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and patients before procedures.
- Explain pre‑treatment and post‑treatment care instructions to patients.
- Follow up with patients after treatments and assist with appointment reviews.
- Handle administrative duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic and treatment rooms.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an aesthetic, beauty, skincare, or healthcare environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Certifications in aesthetics, beauty therapy, or nursing (advantageous).
- Comfortable working retail operating hours.
