Medical Manager – Oncology (Singapore & Philippines)

About the role

The Medical Manager – Oncology will be based in Singapore and will oversee the Oncology portfolio across Singapore and the Philippines. Reporting to the Category Medical Lead, the role is responsible for driving medical excellence, scientific engagement and supporting Pfizer‑sponsored research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute field medical engagement strategies aligned with Oncology Medical Affairs objectives.
• Establish and maintain scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, key external experts and relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate scientific exchange, communicate clinical and scientific data, and capture actionable medical insights.
• Plan and execute advisory boards, scientific meetings, educational programs and training workshops.
• Represent Medical Affairs at local, regional and international scientific congresses and conferences.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver medical projects and external collaborations in a compliant manner.
• Coordinate documentation, system administration, activity tracking, payments and product shipment where applicable.
• Support the planning and execution of Pfizer‑sponsored research activities, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements.
• Provide scientific training on disease areas, products and therapeutic knowledge to internal stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to field medical activities.

Required profile

• Based in Singapore with responsibility for the Oncology portfolio across Singapore and the Philippines.
• Ability to collaborate with local, regional and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in engaging healthcare professionals and external experts in scientific discussions.
