About the role
The Medical Officer will join a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting. The role combines clinical duties with supervision and teaching of junior doctors.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily ward rounds and manage patient care plans.
- Supervise and teach House Officers, fostering clinical competence.
- Assist in running outpatient clinics.
- Participate in procedures and operations under senior doctor supervision.
- Perform night duties as scheduled by the Head of Department, aligned with hospital operational needs.
Required profile
- Active clinical practice.
- Basic medical degree from an accredited medical university or medical school.
- Minimum of 6 years post‑housemanship experience as a Medical Officer or equivalent.
