Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Medical Representative will drive sales performance for assigned pharmaceutical products within a defined territory. You will engage healthcare professionals through in‑clinic visits and off‑clinic promotional activities, building strong relationships that generate prescriptions and increase product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and related KPIs for the assigned portfolio.
• Execute in‑clinic Sales Action Plans using the Customer Engagement Model.
• Plan and carry out off‑clinic promotional activities aimed at key customers.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Veeva and track progress against action plans.
• Identify new growth opportunities and prioritize high‑value customers (gain, build, defend).
• Ensure compliance with all company, industry, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science‑related field.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, disease areas, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a focus on continuous development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Veeva (Event Management, Surveys, Coaching for Effectiveness).
• General IT literacy.
