About the role
Join an engineering team building infrastructure for AI reinforcement learning and evaluation. You will own quality control automation for training data, creating systems that keep data standards high as volume grows.
Key responsibilities
- Build automated quality control systems based on human judgment and data understanding.
- Define and enforce quality standards for training data and design experiments to assess agent outputs.
- Collaborate with data vendors to diagnose quality issues, agent failure modes, and improve data generation.
- Translate QC findings into sampling strategies and rule‑based or model‑assisted validation pipelines.
- Enhance infrastructure tools and vendor workflows to reduce anomalies and edge cases.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of research engineering or similar experience focused on quality control automation.
- Strong statistical knowledge, good communication, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, unstructured environment.

What we offer
- Annual salary $100,000‑$170,000 USD.
