Migration Delivery Senior Lead – Cloud & Tableau

About the role

The Migration Delivery Senior Lead drives complex customer migration engagements from kickoff to successful go‑live, acting as the primary technical and strategic contact for the migration pod. You will bridge legacy environments to modern Salesforce clouds, leveraging AI‑assisted tooling and automated playbooks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end migration projects, ensuring technical delivery, project health, and on‑time go‑live.
• Partner with account teams and sales leadership to align migration goals with broader business strategies.
• Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits to accelerate discovery, data mapping, and code conversion.
• Collaborate with Global Delivery Center partners while maintaining full accountability for output quality.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau and handle major migration incidents.

Required profile

• 8+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting with large‑scale platform migrations.
• Hands‑on expertise in at least one domain: Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing), or Tableau.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into business‑friendly language.
• Experience working with global or offshore delivery models.

Required skills

• Salesforce core (Sales/Service Cloud) and specialized clouds (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Tableau).
• AI agents, prompt engineering, and automation tools for data mapping and task automation.
• CPQ and Billing configuration.
• Understanding of integration with telephony systems and third‑party data sources.
