NPI Engineer (PCB Manufacturing, West)

About the role

We are looking for an NPI Engineer to coordinate New Product Introduction activities and support the transition of new PCB products from development to mass production in our West manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate NPI activities and ensure smooth hand‑over of new products to mass production.
• Monitor and improve NPI yield by collaborating with customers, engineering, manufacturing and quality teams to resolve technical and process issues.
• Evaluate and qualify new materials and manufacturing processes to meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Conduct failure analysis, maintain FMEA and Control Plans, and ensure timely closure of quality‑related issues and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, process engineering or quality engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, quality control, FMEA and process improvement methodologies.
