Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

Halliburton is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join its Singapore team. You will apply nursing principles to protect and promote the health of workers in a high‑risk energy environment, ensuring a safe and health‑ful workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the HSE manager on‑site and implement occupational health programs.
• Conduct medical surveillance in line with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements.
• Provide treatment for injuries or illnesses and coordinate employee disposition (hospital, physician, home, or return‑to‑work).
• Identify real and potential health hazards, propose mitigation solutions, and deliver related training.
• Calibrate and maintain health‑related equipment, offer technical advice, and participate in incident investigations.
• Maintain accurate health records, review test results, and perform administrative duties.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Nursing with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Registered Nurse qualification – Singapore Nursing Board Registered Nurse Practicing Certificate.
• Experience in medical surveillance and workplace health case‑management (e.g., soft‑tissue management).
• Strong interpersonal abilities and basic computer proficiency.

Required skills

• Calibration and maintenance of health‑monitoring equipment.
• Medical surveillance procedures as per MOM guidelines.
