One Deals Year-End Internship (Dec 26 – Feb 27)

About the role

Join PwC's Deals Advisory Practice for a hands‑on year‑end internship. You will work alongside experienced professionals on real client engagements, gaining exposure to the full deal lifecycle from research to post‑deal integration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research on companies, industries, and transactions using PwC tools and databases.
• Support deal‑related analyses and prepare project deliverables.
• Develop problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and presentation capabilities.
• Demonstrate your contributions and key takeaways throughout the internship.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program.
• Available for either the year‑end internship (December 2026 – February 2027, 8–10 weeks) or an off‑cycle internship (January – June 2027, 6 months).
• Strong interest in mergers & acquisitions, valuation, and deal advisory.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
