Onsite BIM Modeler (Part‑Time) – Singapore

About the role

BIMXITY is seeking part‑time Onsite BIM Modelers to support active construction projects across Singapore. You will work directly on‑site with engineers and consultants, translating real‑time site conditions into accurate 3D BIM models.

Key responsibilities

• Model architectural, structural, or MEP elements in Autodesk Revit using construction drawings and site observations.
• Incorporate mark‑ups, as‑built changes, and real‑time updates from the site into the BIM model.
• Generate shop drawings, quantity take‑offs, and schedules from the BIM models.
• Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure models meet project BIM standards, required LOD, and data specifications.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and site engineers to resolve modeling issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Revit‑based BIM Modeler.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work onsite at client projects in Singapore.
