Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will support efficient and timely delivery operations for Coca‑Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei. Based in Tuas, the role focuses on optimizing route planning, managing dispatch, and coordinating with internal teams and delivery contractors to ensure smooth logistics execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily load dispatch and assign deliveries to DSD contractors accurately and on time.
• Utilize route planning systems to improve delivery efficiency and truck utilization.
• Refine routing, call sequences, and delivery schedules for operational effectiveness.
• Follow up on unsettled or incomplete deliveries and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with delivery contractors to maintain smooth logistics operations and provide performance feedback.
• Support manpower planning and deployment of delivery resources as needed.
• Work closely with Sales teams to align delivery priorities and improve service levels.
• Act as the primary contact for delivery‑related issues and stakeholder feedback.
• Track, update, and manage delivery KPIs such as on‑time delivery and utilization.
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for dispatch and delivery activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or distribution.
• Experience in FMCG, logistics, or customer service environments is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
