About the role

The Basil Inn is seeking a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations across its islandwide locations in Singapore. The role involves ensuring standards are met, reporting performance, and handling operational issues, including night‑shift duties when required.

Key responsibilities

Work night shift as needed to maintain continuous operations.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational performance reports.
Create and implement standards, holding staff accountable.
Oversee overall business activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Multi‑task and deliver timely reporting.
Resolve issues and disputes promptly.

Required profile

Independent fast learner with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
