Operations Supervisor – Singapore

About the role

ENJOY EATS is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead its island‑wide team in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving daily performance, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting a high‑energy work environment. This full‑time, middle‑management position offers the chance to shape operational standards across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to staff.
• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Oversee and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with prolonged periods of standing.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and capable of problem‑solving.
• Willingness to work longer hours and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
