About the role

We are seeking a reliable Operator to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. The role involves operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met while receiving comprehensive on‑the‑job training.

Key responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Operate machinery, tools, and equipment to prepare and assemble products.
• Read and interpret printed schematics and production requests.
• Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Complete required reports, manufacturing orders, and record production data.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and computer systems.
• Willingness to undergo cross‑cell training.

Required skills

• Ability to read printed schematics.
• Basic computer literacy.

What we offer

• Basic salary of SGD 1,900 per month.
• Monthly incentive allowance of SGD 90.
• Transportation allowance of SGD 80.
• Annual wage supplement (13th month salary) and quarterly bonus equal to 15% of annual salary.
• Sign‑on bonus of SGD 3,000 (paid in two installments).
