Part-Time Sales Advisor (VivoCity)

About the role

H&M Group is looking for a part-time Sales Advisor at its VivoCity store in Singapore. As the friendly face of the brand, you will welcome customers and give them high-quality service across the shop, from greeting them to helping at the cash desk, in the fitting rooms and on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer helpful, proactive service throughout the store
• Assist at the cash desk, in the fitting rooms and on the shop floor
• Process deliveries and replenish stock
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor

Required profile

• Customer-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding customers and meeting their expectations
• Proactive and curious, eager to improve everyday processes
• Communicative, positive, open-minded and willing to learn and adapt
• Interested in fashion and trends
• Previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are a plus but not required
