Partner Operations Associate Analyst

About the role

As a member of the Business Operations team, you will ensure operational excellence across Salesforce's partner ecosystem, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end partner processes including onboarding, deal support and ongoing operational activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and escalations, maintaining compliance with program policies.
• Maintain reseller account data integrity across multiple systems and drive automation to reduce manual effort.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs, training materials and knowledge resources.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with CRM, partner management (PRM) or ERP platforms.
• Proven ability to work across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product and Customer Success teams.
• Strong operational discipline, attention to detail and problem‑solving aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
