Partnerships & Licensing Specialist – FMCG (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Partnerships & Licensing Specialist to lead strategic brand collaborations within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. You will drive brand growth, innovation, and cultural relevance through high‑impact partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership and licensing strategies that enhance brand equity and drive business growth.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and licensing opportunities with leading brands and platforms.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and monitor campaign performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead the creation of partnership frameworks, best practices, and innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to launch partnership campaigns and product innovations.
• Track and report partnership performance metrics, including engagement, reach, ROI, and commercial impact.
• Support regional teams in adapting and scaling successful partnership models across markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand partnerships, licensing, business development, or strategic marketing.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and external partners.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
